dUninstaller Plugin gets another big update
Posted on April 6, 2016
The dUninstaller Plugin has received lots of updates!
– The automatic updates feature wasn’t, err, updating. This has been fixed! Please manually update with the plugin installer to get caught up.
– The script for performing uninstalls did not properly enter billed time in tickets if you enable ticketing and billing per uninstalls. This has been corrected. It performed uninstalls correctly, and created a ticket if needed, but didn’t enter time correctly.
– Uninstall counts per machine are now logged. This means that you can keep up with uninstalls to find what computers are consistently getting unwanted software or how well dUninstaller is working in general.
– You can now see pretty charts and print Excel reports! Since we’re logging the uninstall counts, we may as well use that information, right? You can now see graphs for total uninstalls by date and the top computers, as well as exporting Excel sheets for a full MSP view, or client level view, or uninstalls. This is an awesome value-add for your clients and potential clients!
You can get more information from here and install with the Plugin Installer! To be clear, if you’re subscribed to dUninstaller (or in a trial), please update manually via the plugin installer. Thanks!
