dUninstaller plugin gets more customizable ticketing, a first run wizard, and an easy button!

Several great changes in this update!

• To make the plugin as easy as possible to set up and use, we’ve added additional help/tooltip information throughout the integration tab.
• We’ve also added a first run wizard that will be run to help explain some settings and give you the chance to set things up optimally.
• The plugin can now set up an alert template for you and apply it to the SW – Blacklisted Installed internal monitor. This will caused dUninstaller to be run when LabTech detects blacklisted software, making it so that you don’t have to have it scheduled to run against machines unnecessarily.
• The ticket subject and body can now be customized rather than using the canned message. Standard LT variables exist, in addition to a few others.

If you’re already using this plugin and you have version 2.5+, it will automatically update for you overnight. If you’re using an older version, please update via the Plugin Installer. If you’re not using dUninstaller yet, now is a great time to get started! It’s now easier than ever to use it and more effective at removing unwanted applications, helping to keep your client computers clean!
